Welcome to the booking system — an online platform that lets parents and guardians book childcare activities quickly and securely.

1. What Is the Booking Centre?

This is an online booking platform for childcare activities such as breakfast clubs, after-school clubs, and holiday camps. It allows you to:

• Browse available sessions and terms.
• Book places for your children.
• Pay online or choose an offline payment method.
• Manage your bookings, invoices, and children's details — all in one place.

2. Creating an Account

To get started you need to register for a free account.

1. On the login page, click Sign up.
2. Fill in your name, email address, phone number, and choose a password.
3. Complete the verification step.
4. Check your email inbox and click the confirmation link to verify your address.
5. Log in with your new credentials.
6. Complete the short setup wizard — you will be asked to provide emergency contact details, add your children, and review your consent preferences.

Tip: If you do not see the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also use the Forgot password link to request a new email.

3. Logging In

1. Navigate to the login page.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Optionally tick Remember me to stay signed in.
4. Click Login.

After logging in you are taken to the dashboard, where you can start booking sessions and access detailed help guides.

Once you are logged in you will have access to:

• Book — browse terms, select sessions, and check out.
• My Bookings — view and manage your upcoming sessions.
• Profile — update your details, children, and consent preferences.
• Help — detailed guides covering ordering, payments, notifications, and more.
